We are a group of Media Post-Production students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic! Inspired by our Visual Communication module and interest in UX / UI, we have come together for this capstone project to redesign the MBS chatbot.

This is a final year capstone project that focuses on one's design skills and understanding of UX and UI elements. The aims of redesigning the chatbot is to create a seamless and pleasant customer journey using the Marina Bay Sands chatbot and to engange new and existing customers with exciting interactions and campaigns, as well as to encourage higher footfall in marina Bay Sands.
